This item is a £40 charge for an upgrade to a saturday delivery.

If you need a saturday delivery for the same week then the cut off point is 10am on thursday.

If you are unavailable to take a delivery during the week then we can offer this service to you. The fee for this service is charged in addition to a regular delivery charge (regular delivery charge waived if you spend more than £1000).

For our saturday service it is an open delivery slot so your goods could arrive between 9am and 5pm and unfortunately we are not able to offer a time for this service.

Please note, usually customers who pay for a saturday delivery upgrade do so because they have an installer on site. We cannot stress strongly enough that we always suggest you do not book an installer until you have recieved your goods and unpacked them and thoroughly checked them but we accept that sometimes that is not always possible as plumbers can be notriously difficult to pin down.

To minimise any issues, which is very rare, then please ensure upon reciept of a delivery that you unpack your items and check them for obvious shortages/damages etc and advise us ASAP of any issues. Our T&C's state that we give you 48hrs to advise us of any obvious flaws, damages or shortages but we accept that you are probably paying for a saturday delivery because you need your items ASAP so please do this at the earliest available opportunity so that if in the unlikley event of a shortage/damage we can put this right ASAP.

In the exceptionally unlikely event that a saturday delivery is not honoured (i.e your goods arrive late) then Bathshop321 accept no responsibility for this and are not liable for any costs incurred however we would of course refund the saturday delivery fee.
