About this Suite

Stylish yet functional enabling you to enjoy the best of both worlds.  The P shape bath maximises bathing space providing you with a great bathing area and an enclosed area for showering. 

Shower Bath Measurements

There are 3 sizes of bath available, they are:

1500 x 850 x 750mm, 1675 x 850 x 750mm or 1700 x 850 x 750mm

These measurements are Length of Bath x Bath at Widest Point x Bath at Narrowest Point

About the Bath

All of the differeing sizes of bath are constructed from premium grade 5mm acrylic which is fully reinforced with fibre glass giving the bath extra strength as it will be used for showering. The baths have an integrated baseboard for added rigidity.

The bath comes undrilled allowing you the freedom to select your own position for the taps.

In all sizes, this bath is available in either left or right hand. The one in the picture above is a left hand.

About the Bath Screen

Curved Return Shower Screen – 1480mm high x 730mm wide in 6mm toughened safety glass with chrome knob. The screen also comes with a large clear plastic seal ensuring no water leaves showering area. An additional curved return shower screen can be added to this suite to create an enclosed area in which to shower. You can select this screen in the related products below.

About the Whirlpool System

The whirlpool system comes with 6 jets and is pre fitted to the bath.

Whirlpool System Features

* 6 Powerful chrome body jets

Many whirlpools now have larger cheaper jets which reduces how powerful the whirlpool feels as the water from the jet is dispersed over a wider area. With their narrow outlet these jets feel powerful for maximum enjoyment.

* Pneumatic chrome on / off switch

Simply push the button to begin feeling the benefits of the whirlpool system.

* Chrome air switch for controlling water turbelance

Simply rotate the dial for increased/decreased flow rate from the jet system for maximum enjoyment

* Removable jet covers for easy cleaning

The jets easily unscrew to allow easy cleaning around and underneath them

* Self draining jets and pipe work

This is the most important feature of any whirlpool bath Cheaper whirlpool baths have pipe systems which can result in a lag in the pipes surrounding the bath where water can settle and go stagnant and stale resulting in unpleasant smells and also in mould being ejected from the jets if they are not used for a significant period of time. You will have none of these concerns with this bath as the pipes are solid and rigid and completely self drain.

* Bath supplied without tap holes this allows you to place taps wherever you like

With this bath it would be "the norm" to put your taps in the middle on the ledge next to the screen but it is entirely up to you where you drill your tap holes.

About the Taps

The taps are modern lever handled taps and stylishly finished in chrome. Both the Basin & Bath Taps come with wastes. The bath shower mixer tap comes with hose, handset & wall bracket.

The taps are 1/4 turn ceramic disc taps. If you have a pressurised system such as a combi boiler, vented system or megaflow then these taps are perfect for you.

If you have a low pressure system such as a tank and cylinder or back boiler then these taps will work and will be better than most 1/4 turn taps available but you may want to consider selecting the taps designed specifically for low pressure to give you a better flow rate. If you want to optimise your flow rate for any bath taps then we would suggest you use copper pipes to fit the item rather than flexible pipes to allow the optimum flow of water which will shorten the amount of time it takes to fill your bath.

About the Toilet and Basin

The sanitaryware is great quality all pieces look really modern and are easy to clean. The basin offers a good sized bathing area and the toilet is nice and compact with clean lines. The cistern comes with dual flush fittings to UK standard which are pre fitted. The toilet seat is made by Bemis, it’s terrific value! 

In the related products section below is the soft close seat for thsi toilet. Priced at just £30 this is a small price to pay to do away with those annoying bumps and slams and is perfect for households with little ones.
