About The Valve

The valve has a contemporary style. The concealed design gives a clean and sleek finish. The finishing plate for this valve is oval and smooth edges keep the look of the valve ultra modern.

The main body of the valve is manufactured from solid brass ensuring durabilty. Polished chrome plating creates a high quality finish.

Temperature and water flow are controlled independently to enable you to achieve the perfect showering experience. The centre knob controls the water temperature. The top lever turns the water on/off for the fixed head. The bottom lever turns the 4 body jets on or off. 

One advantage of this particular shower system is that if you have an appropriate water pressure, it is possible to operate two outlets at the same time. e.g. operating the shower head and the body jets simultaneously. If you do not have sufficient water pressure you may experience a poor flow rate if you try to do this. We would recommend that you only install this product if you have a combi boiler or another high pressure water system. 

The thermostatic valve has an automatic adjuster which maintains temperature by adjusting the flow of each supply. This is particularly useful in guarding against the possibility of scalding.

The centre one controls the water temperature. The top lever turns the water on/off for the riser kit, which in turn has a diverter to change the flow of water between the head and the handset. The bottom lever turns the 4 body jets on or off. 

Supplied with this shower valve is a square fixed head on a mitred arm and four body jets. 

TMV2

This valve is a TMV2 valve which means that in the event of the cold supply failing the hot will automatically shut down within 1.5 seconds which helps protect against the risk of scalding.
