The brass in this valve is at least 59% copper and with a low iron content which ensure's the longevity of the item. When it comes to bathroom products, the higher the brass content the better rust resistance, meaning your thermostatic mixer won’t discolour or tarnish after 6 months.

Our valves have a highly reflective mirror finish that stays looking new for longer. This high quality finish is achieved by chrome plating to a thickness of 40 microns. Our valves are tested twice during the manufacturing process. Our valves are air pressure tested before they are chrome plated, and water pressure tested before they are packaged, as a result of this there many be some water still inside your mixer when you receive it but you can rest assured it has been thoroughly tested and will give you years of trouble free service.
