Warranty

Guarantee Statement:

All product guarantees are for faulty materials and manufacture provided they have been properly installed, used and regularly maintained in accordance with manufacturers instructions.

You must be able to provide proof of purchase to pursue a warranty claim.

All guarantees are issued by the products manufacturer and apply to the original purchaser only.  The guarantee is non-transferable. Should you raise a claim, the issue will be investigated. As part of the investigation we request that the following conditions be satisfied:

• Proof of purchase - original order number or sales order acknowledgement.
• The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If in our opinion the product has been modified, misused or accidentally damaged, we can accept no responsibility for failure.
• The opportunity to inspect the product in the installed condition.

Faulty items will be replaced with our nearest equivalent product. There is no guarantee that this will be the exact same dimensions/ type as your original purchase.

This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights. This Guarantee is only applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Important: For the avoidance of doubt if the
manufacturer becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost
