A freestanding bath is the centrepiece of the room, and it needs a tap prepared to stand beside it rather than hide on the rim. The Voda Vero Freestanding Bath Shower Mixer rises 1109mm from the floor on a slim round column, carrying a single lever, a bath spout and a handset on a flexible hose. A warm-grey brushed nickel with a gentle sheen, softer than chrome and flattering to both cool and warm colour schemes.
The column occupies a 195mm footprint with a 230mm spout reach, and is floor-mounted, so the supply pipework has to be brought up through the floor and set out before the bath is positioned. Minimum operating pressure is 1.0 bar, with a 5 bar maximum, making it best suited to mains, combi or pumped systems.
