Round Thermostatic Bar Valve Shower Set with Slide Rail Kit - Matt Black - Ronda By Voda Design

Two ways to shower from one neat, exposed valve. The Ronda shower set pairs a generous 200mm round overhead head for a full, relaxing drench with a handset on an adjustable slide rail, which is perfect for quick rinses, washing hair or cleaning down the shower. Soft round lines throughout keep the whole set calm and modern. Matt black gives a crisp, graphic contrast against white or light tiles, and looks brilliant alongside black taps and accessories.

The thermostatic bar valve holds the water within 2°C of your chosen temperature, so no sudden blasts of hot or cold when someone flushes the loo or runs a tap. It's factory set to 38°C and shuts off automatically if the cold supply fails, which is real peace of mind in a family bathroom. Separate flow and temperature controls keep it simple, and a diverter switches between the overhead head and the handset.

Why you'll love it

• Overhead 200mm round head plus slide rail handset, all in one set
• Thermostatic control holds the temperature within 2°C
• Anti-scald safety: shuts off if the cold supply fails
• Separate flow and temperature controls, easy for everyone to use
• Height adjusts from 810mm to 1225mm to suit your space
• Matt Black finish with soft, rounded styling
• WRAS approved

Good to know before you buy

• It needs at least 1 bar of water pressure (it works from 1 to 5 bar, and performs best at 3 bar). If you have a low pressure, gravity-fed system, check your pressure with your plumber first. It's the most common reason a new shower disappoints.
• The valve connects on standard 150mm centres with 15mm (DN15) inlets, so it's a straightforward swap for most existing exposed bar valves.
• The fixed head sits on a 320mm arm and the set adjusts up to 1225mm tall, so check your ceiling height and where the head will land over your bath or tray.
