Duravit Durapoint Square Sit-On Countertop Basin 400mm Wide - Matt White

Duravit Durapoint Square Sit-On Countertop Basin 400mm Wide - Matt White

Square, crisp and compact, this Duravit Durapoint sit-on basin is a neat choice for cloakrooms, en-suites or any vanity top where you'd like a little more geometry than a round bowl.

Durapoint is Duravit's contemporary range of sit-on washbowls and wall-mounted consoles, designed to work together, so your basin and furniture are matched without any guesswork. It's made from durable, high-quality ceramic by a German brand that has been crafting bathroom ceramics in the Black Forest since 1817.

Clean straight lines work especially well with rectangular consoles and square or rectangular tiles, and the soft matt white finish keeps the look calm and modern. It suits any tap finish, from chrome to matt black.

Why you'll love it

• Square sit-on design, 400mm wide x 400mm projection
• Matt white finish for a soft, modern, non-shiny look
• Durable ceramic that's easy to wipe clean
• No tap hole or overflow for a clean, uncluttered bowl
• Crisp square shape that lines up neatly with rectangular furniture
• Pairs with Duravit DuraPoint wall-mounted console units

Good to know before you buy

• A sit-on bowl needs a tall basin mixer or a wall-mounted tap. A standard height mixer will be too short to reach over the rim, and it's one of the most common mistakes we see, so check the spout height before you order.
• There's no overflow, so you'll need an unslotted (non-overflow) basin waste. The tap and waste are both sold separately.
• To keep the matt finish looking its best, clean with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and skip scouring pads.
