With the tap on the wall, the whole countertop stays clear and the usual grime trap around the tap base disappears with it. The Voda Brenta Wall Mounted Basin Mixer runs a slim curved spout out from the wall with a single lever set above it. Gunmetal is a dark smoky grey that reads almost charcoal in daylight, and gives the strongest contrast of the five finishes.
The exposed fitting sits 110mm high and 170mm wide with a 198.5mm projection, giving enough reach for both inset and countertop bowls. Pipework and the valve body are concealed behind the wall, so this is one to specify at first fix rather than retrofit. Solid brass construction, and an operating range of 0.5 bar to 5 bar.
