We most definitely recommend Karndean Designflooring for use in bathrooms, though it’s not suitable for wet rooms. It’s easy to clean, hygienic and with a vast choice of colours and designs you can easily find something perfect for your décor.

What wall coverings would you recommend to accompany Karndean flooring in the bathroom?

You can get away with just about any type of wall covering with Karndean. Normal wall tiles are always an option, but we think wallpaper, bathroom specific paint or even wood panelling/tongue and groove look great.

Is Karndean suitable for use with underfloor heating?

All of our floors are suitable for use over underfloor heating systems, but it’s important to make sure the system is insulated so its surface temperature doesn’t exceed 27°C.
