Question: Do you have all Bathroom items in stock?
Answer: We carry 99% of our products in stock, ready to be shipped to an address of your choice in 48hrs. Sometimes, due to demand, we have some items that run out of stock, this normally is countered by a suitable alternative product or indeed a slight delay. Work with us, we are here to help.
Question: Do you install Bathrooms?
Answer: Because bathrooms are tailored to the space they are built into, we do not offer a fitting service. This does not mean that we do not know what we are talking about when it comes to buying a bathroom to be fitted! Our Bathroom Experts herald from plumbing and bathroom backgrounds.
Question: How can you offer so cheap bathroom suites, what's wrong with them?
Answer: There is nothing wrong with our bathroom suites, they are cheap because we manufacture and source our bathroom products directly from the factory. Simple rules of commerce apply, meaning there are fewer middlemen to add their percentages on. The net result is that you get the best quality bathroom products at the right price.
Question: Are your products made in China?
Answer: We responsibly source our products from all over the world; this includes the UK, Italy, and Eastern Europe. Some of our products are designed and manufactured to our precise specifications in China, but the same stringent quality guidelines are in place for all of our products regardless of their point of origin.
Question: Do you ship to Europe?
Answer: Not yet!
