After a quote of £2600 to rip my old bathroom out and re install my new one it became apparent quite quickly that I would be undertaking this mammoth task myself. So the question I asked myself was, can a complete novice fit his or her own bathroom suite? Through the powers of the internet (You Tube) and a lot of patience the answer to this question is yes.

I decided to right a nice post about everything I went through in order to take my bathroom from a complete mess to the polished sparkling room that it is today. Differing completely from the usual how to guide and You Tube video I have taken lots of pictures and explained it in a way that normal people can understand. I have also included a list of things that you will have to buy that you probably wouldn’t have considered and that a professional would buy without thinking about.
