Bathroom Ideas: Get Our Customer’s Look

Here at Bathshop321, we don’t just like to tell you how great our products are – we like to show you. We want to share our bathroom ideas with you and help you take inspiration from others! So this week we are happy to be able to share with you some before and after photos from one of our customers’ recent bathroom renovation and provide you with the information you need to recreate the look in your own home. Thank you to Victoria Yates who has kindly let us share these photos of her bathroom, which features some Bathshop321 products. The Yates family had been wanting to modernize their bathroom for years and create a practical space for their two small children, and got inspired by seeing designs from their neighbour’s house.

Check out the amazing photos below to see the transformation, and read our accompanying bathroom ideas and suggestions on how you can recreate the look!

Shower

Get The Look!

Walk in shower enclosures can really transform a space. The Yates’ had to remove an old airing cupboard in order to achieve this. The shower that the Yates family opted for was the Square Fixed Head Thermostatic Concealed Shower with the Technik 8+ Walk In Shower Enclosure with Tray and Waste. The great thing about this shower is the low profile tray which doesn’t make the flooring look uneven, and it is fitted with a fast flow waste to reduce water build up around the plug hole. The shower screen is made out of 6mm thick safety glass that is easy to clean and perfect for use around young families due to the shatterproof glass. The shower itself is very stylish, with a simple square shower head extending out from the wall, with the temperature controls situated below. The shower is thermostatic – meaning that you will no longer have to have your nice, warm shower interrupted by the sudden shock of freezing or scalding water when someone runs the kitchen tap or flushes the loo! The next time someone draws on the water supply, because this shower is thermostatic the temperature will remain constant.

Accompanying Bathroom Ideas:

The minimalist look that the Square Fixed Head Thermostatic Concealed Shower creates is very stylish and family friendly, as not having any exposed plumbing can reduce the risk of scalding on the hot metal pipes. However if you like having a sturdy all-in-one shower unit, then dream shower panels are for you! They come in a range of gorgeous, sleek designs that provide your bathroom with a touch of elegant luxury. Our favourite shower panel right now is the Deluxe Maverick Thermostatic Dream Tower Shower Panel that comes in both black and white models.

Bath

Get The Look!

The Cubic Double Ended Bath that is doubled ended and delivered undrilled to our customers so they can decide where they want to place their taps. Like the Yates’ you can opt to place the tap at one end and use the other end to lounge at, or you could place the taps in the centre of the bath and have the option of sitting at both ends! The waste for this bath is in the centre of the tub. The design is simple and contemporary and has the ability to integrate itself into any bathroom design. This bath is also available to be upgraded to include whirlpool jets and premier finish! Premier finish reinforces the bath and adds another 30 years of guarantee.

Accompanying Bathroom Ideas:

Like the Yate’s, why not opt to add a built in retractable shower hose as well as a bath tap? This gives you the option to wash your hair over or in the bath with out having to use a cup!

Basin and Toilet

Get The Look!

The Tavistock Vibe Wall Hung Basin with Semi Pedestal has a contemporary cubic design, which looks great when paired with the Cubic Bath in this bathroom. The ceramic finish is very easy to clean, great for when you have young children around the house! The basin has 1 tap hole that is designed to suit a mono basin mixer tap, and there are plenty of different tap designs available for you to complete the basin set. The Sorea Toilet that the Yates’ have used comes at a fantastically low price at bathshop321.com, but does not compromise on quality. It is absolutely perfect for modern style bathrooms, and the item comes with a complimentary soft close toilet seat to avoid trapped fingers – again a useful feature when there are young children in the house.

If you’re looking for more inspiration, cut your search in half by checking out our toilet and basin sets!

Accompanying Bathroom Ideas:

We love the wooden styling that the Yates’ have used in their bathroom, that looks both modern but also manages to have a timeless, traditional feel. If the wooden look isn’t for you, why not go for gloss tiling instead? Having contrasting coloured tiles on the floor and walls creates a stunning effect, but remember – always use darker colours on the flooring, not the walls. This will help to make your bathroom look a lot brighter and bigger.

We hope that these bathroom ideas have inspired you when you come to start your next bathroom renovation!
