England are now officially through to the quarter finals in the European Championships 2016 after finishing just behind Wales in Group B, with our next match fast approaching! Thousands of English fans will be heading over to France to support their team, but they may find themselves experiencing some unfortunate situations when they go to use the bathroom facilities. For a bit of light fun, we have listed some of the emotions that all Brits go through when going to use a bathroom abroad…

1. The absolute horror when you are presented with a squatting-style toilet with no other options.

2. Confusion when you don’t know whether this country flushes their toilet paper or puts it in the bin.

3. The sheer panic when you see ‘men’ and ‘women’ written on the door in a language you cannot understand, with no symbols to help you out – I guess I’ll have to take the risk!

4. The terror when you see a giant lizard scurry across your feet (why is it always a lizard?).

5. Pure anger when you realise that you have a salt water shower in your hotel room.
