Although the UK has daily access to clean and healthy water, many areas of the world do not. There are currently 2.5 billion people, including almost one billion children, without access to even basic sanitation. World Water Day, as part of the International Year of Water Cooperation, aims to promote the need for water cooperation to help share this precious resource equitably.

As part of World Water Day this year, Bathshop321 are actively involved for the first time. We have created an entire section of our website dedicated to World Water Day, including a specific World Water Day infographic.

Over the past few weeks, we have been surveying a selection of our customers to ask them a few basic questions about their water usage habits in the home. This has resulted in some interesting insights, and we’ve taken things further to provide some tips and advice that we hope will help homeowners to be a little more water conscious.

And that’s not all.

Throughout March, we will be offering a 10% discount off our water saving products on the website, including our water saving taps. As well as this, we are looking for community centres in the North West of England to get in touch with us for free eco friendly shower heads*, to help reduce the amount of water wastage occurring in community environments.
